Our company makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all its customers with equal, respectful, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the regulations enacted under it, we invest considerable effort and resources to make the accessibility adjustments required so that a person with a disability can receive the services provided to all customers, independently and equally.

Access to our offices is accessible both for customers and office staff. The entry button and keypad are accessible, as are the light switches in our office, at a height accessible for wheelchair users.

Website accessibility
An accessible website allows people with disabilities and older adults to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all users. Approximately 20–25 percent of the population experience difficulty using the internet and may benefit from more accessible internet content (Microsoft research, 2003).
Information about site accessibility
- This site complies with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.
- Accessibility adjustments were made according to the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document.
- Tests were conducted for the highest compatibility with the Chrome browser.
- The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the standard usage pattern for keyboard operation using arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.

חברתינו נוקטת את מירב המאמצים ומשקיעה משאבים רבים על מנת לספק לכל לקוחותיה שירות שוויוני, מכובד, נגיש ומקצועי. בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלויות תשנ"ח-1998 ולתקנות שהותקנו מכוחו, מושקעים מאמצים ומשאבים רבים בביצוע התאמות הנגישות הנדרשות שיביאו לכך שאדם בעל מוגבלות יוכל לקבל את השירותים הניתנים לכלל הלקוחות, באופן עצמאי ושוויוני.

נגישות אתר האינטרנט
אתר אינטרנט נגיש הוא אתר המאפשר לאנשים עם מוגבלות ולאנשים מבוגרים לגלוש באותה רמה של יעילות והנאה ככל הגולשים. כ-20 עד 25 אחוזים מהאוכלוסייה נתקלים בקשיי שימוש באינטרנט ועשויים להיטיב מתכני אינטרנט נגישים יותר, כך על פי מחקר שנערך בשנת 2003 ע"י חברת מייקרוסופט.
מידע על נגישות האתר
- אתר זה עומד בדרישות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג 2013.
- התאמות הנגישות בוצעו עפ"י המלצות התקן הישראלי (ת"י 5568) לנגישות תכנים באינטרנט ברמת AA ומסמך WCAG2.0 הבינלאומי.
